4 Ingredient Caesar Chicken

The Dinner You'll Make on Repeat

Easy 4 ingredient chicken caesar dinner
Forgive my terrible picture- I'm so used to doing everything on video I forget to stop and take pretty pictures!

Lately i've been on a "5 minute dinner" kick thanks to my for you page, and I've been testing every viral TikTok recipe I keep seeing that I think my family will like. This one has stuck. Like, actually made it into the regular rotation, my kids request it, my husband loves it, and for me it is so ridiculously easy. The kind of recipe you don't bookmark. You memorize (also a testament to how easy it is because pregnancy brain is a real struggle ATM).

You know those weeknights when dinner has to happen but the thought of a twelve ingredient recipe makes you want to just order pizza (even knowing pregnancy heartburn will be the result)?

This is the one for those nights.

Four ingredients. One baking dish. Thirty minutes (Start to finish). And it actually tastes like you tried.

Why This Easy 4 Ingredient Chicken Dinner Works

The Caesar dressing keeps the chicken juicy and handles all the seasoning you'd normally have to layer in yourself. The crushed croutons (I use the caesar ones from Costco) crisp up on top and give you that golden, crunchy bite everyone goes back for. The parmesan melts into everything and pulls it all together. No marinating, no searing, no extra steps. Just dinner.

What You Need

  • 1 pound raw chicken tenders

  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing (the creamy kind, not vinaigrette)

  • 1 cup crushed croutons

  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Serves 3 to 4. We always double it because the leftovers are just as good.

How to Make It

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.

  2. Lightly oil a baking dish and lay the chicken tenders in a single layer.

  3. Spread Caesar dressing over each tender until coated.

  4. Sprinkle the crushed croutons evenly across the top, then finish with the parmesan.

  5. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the chicken hits 165°F internally.

Let it rest for a few minutes before serving so the juices settle.

Want to Switch It Up?

Swap the Caesar for jalapeno ranch and the croutons for French fried onions. Same method, completely different dinner. It has more of a comfort food feel, almost a green bean casserole vibe but with chicken as the main event. Truthfully, the caesar OG is everyone's favorite but the ranch and fried onion method was nice when we wanted somethign a little different.

What to Serve With It

Because the chicken does all the work, you can pair it with basically anything:

  • Buttered pasta with a little extra parmesan

  • Steamed rice to soak up the juices

  • A sheet pan of veggies thrown in the oven at the same time (broccoli, zucchini, peppers, whatever you have) they finish right alongside the chicken

  • A Caesar salad if you want to lean all the way in

If you've got thirty minutes, you've got dinner. Not impressive on paper. But it shows up every single time.
